• use of your Data •
The information you provide me is used for me to only to contact you and to provide photography, videography, or artistic services you’ve requested. I will not send you marketing emails or bother you for no reason. I will not share your personal information with anyone else. I will not sell your personal information. I may share your phone number with my assistant or second shooter on the day of your wedding, but only in the event that they may need to contact you. They will not share your information.
• Personal Data I collect •
When you email me or message me through another form of social media, text me by phone or call me, or message me through my contact form, I collect your name, email address, event date, and information about the photography or videography, or other artistic services services you are inquiring on. I collect and store your email address, and any other personal information you send me, only in my inbox. This information is required for me to be able to contact you in regards to photography or videography, or other artistic services you are looking to book and hire for. If you book your wedding with me, you must fill out a contract that will require your name, address, email, phone number, event date, and information about your venues. This information is required for me to be able to contact you, and send you your wedding flash-drive or other products once I have finished your images, video, or other artistic work.
• How I collect and store your data •
If you email me through Google, I am the only one with access to that email and do not send our emails out to other parties. I keep all emails with my clients for my own records. If you would like me to delete your emails and information, you may request that I do so. However I would recommend waiting to do so until after we have finished working together so that we can still communicate if needed. Wedding contracts are stored in my home office and not shared with anyone other than my client(s) that the agreement is with and myself. My website may use cookies so please be aware of this if you choose to browse through my webpage. My website is an HTTPS:// - so all communications between your browser and the website are encrypted.
• Blog, social media commenting and communication •
Comments made on my blog are public, which means anything you post is available for all to see. Please be aware of this when commenting, and do not post any personal information that you want kept private.
• Right of confirmation, access, rectification and erasure •
Any information that I have about you will be information that you provided to me. I do not search for other information about you, and I do not store any information that you have not provided me anywhere. If the information I have on you is incorrect you may correct it. Because many of my clients are repeat clients, I do store emails even after your images have been delivered. If you wish to have me to delete all of your personal data or correspondence from my inbox you may request I do so. Please email me if you have questions about how your personal data is handled.
• Use of your images •
Your images are only used by me for display on my website, social media, and for marketing purposes. If a client purchases exclusive rights to their photos I will not share them on the internet. I store your images on a password protected laptop, desktop, and external hard drive. I also store some of your images with an online gallery provider such as GoogleDrive which is password protected though my Gmail.
Our emails, personal information you send me, and contracts aren’t shared with anyone. I respect your privacy and won’t blast the internet with your personal information. I certainly would not like that either!
